Social Media Intern, LOVB Youth

About the role

LOVB (League One Volleyball) is reimagining women's sports. Launched in 2019, the company is a mission-led sports performance, training and media enterprise aiming to change volleyball in the USA and empower new generations of female athletes. With historic triple Olympic Gold medals in Women's Indoor, Beach and Sitting Volleyball, volleyball is the #1 most played girls' youth sport, with 38M current and former players, and is women‑first (~90% female). LOVB is building a strong club business, a pro league, and a digital ecosystem to connect all aspects of LOVB, driving participation and fandom while empowering girls and young women. The Youth - Social Media Intern supports day‑to‑day content creation, publishing, and community engagement across LOVB's Youth social channels (@lovbclubs and @lovbtournaments). Working with the Youth Social Media Specialist, the intern will ideate, create, edit, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; transform club‑submitted photos and videos into polished social content; capture and edit real‑time content at tournaments and activations; and help showcase athlete, club, and fan experiences.
