Social Media Influencer & Automotive Sales Trainee
About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Influencer & Automotive Sales Trainee to help us create content, build our local following, generate leads, and bring more people into our dealership. You do not need car sales experience—we'll teach you the automotive business and how to sell. What we're looking for is someone with personality, creativity, confidence, and the ability to create content that gets people's attention.
Your job will start with creating social media content and learning our products. As your knowledge grows, you'll begin working with customers and selling vehicles, including the customers your own content generates. The goal is to build your own following, generate your own customers, sell cars, and build a career.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content (TikToks, Reels, videos) that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Build a local following and generate leads through your content.
- Learn about our products and the automotive business.
- Work with customers and sell vehicles, including those generated by your own content.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to a camera and creating video content.
- Personality, creativity, and confidence.
- Ability to create content that people stop and watch.
