Social Media & Creators Systems Lead
About the role
The Social Media & Creators Systems Lead at Essor will build and operate an AI-powered engine to drive brand discovery and storytelling across the US market. They will design scalable systems that leverage AI to create content and activate creators at high velocity, bypassing traditional agency models to maintain a dominant social presence.
Responsibilities
- AI-Native Content & Community Execution: Produce and publish high-velocity content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows (LLMs, video gen, etc.). Engagement: Manage publishing cadences and foster community via active interaction (comments/DMs).
- Trend Response: Rapidly translate emerging cultural trends into testable content formats.
- Automated Creator Ecosystem System Design: Build automated pipelines for sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing creators. Outreach: Use AI to personalize outreach and scale creator activations efficiently. Partnerships: Directly manage creator relationships with a relentless "test-and-learn" mindset.
- Paid Media Support: Maintain a high-volume pipeline of UGC assets for paid channels. Strategic Direction: Turn performance data into creative briefs, scripts, and prompts for creators. Agility: Partner with Growth and Creative teams to increase ad-testing velocity.
- Workflow Optimization: Automation: Integrate tools like Dify and automation platforms to eliminate manual tasks. Efficiency: Continuously refine processes for content generation and performance tracking.
Requirements
Deep experience managing social channels and building creator programs for consumer brands (Wellness, Beauty, or CPG preferred). Extensive knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems and US-based creator culture. Proven ability to generate high-performing content for both organic storytelling and paid media ads. Early adopter of AI tools (LLMs, image/video gen) to accelerate creative output and operations. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and execute rapidly without heavy agency reliance.
Qualifications
Hands-on approach to social media management and creator partnerships. Strong understanding of AI and its applications in content creation and community engagement. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in social media management or similar role.

Pay
$100-110K per year. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
