Social Media Coordinator/ Content Creator

Nicklaus Marketing & PR is seeking a full-time, in-house Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in our Randolph, NJ office. We are searching for a junior graphic designer who can serve as the creative engine behind our products and services. Our Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing print, digital, and video motion graphics for a wide variety of clients in varying industries. We are currently seeking an awesome full-time Social Media Coordinator/Content Developer to become part of the team in our Randolph , NJ office. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future consumers across all social media platforms. As Social Media Coordinator, you will coordinate and administer the development of quality social media content for a wide variety of clients in varying industries. As part of the team, you would be expected to work on a combination of in-house projects. To be part of our team you must possess enthusiasm for all things social media, have a creative flair to develop strong social media strategies and results and have a desire to grow. We are looking for an excellent communicator, that is flexible and eager to be working on a TEAM. Collaboration is the key to our success! Accuracy and attention to detail is extremely necessary. If you are applying for this position you’ll need the ability to multitask and be able to create an individualized schedule of tasks based on clients’ needs. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our clients and their brands; with the ultimate goal being our client’s success! Responsibilities: Post social media content on appropriate social channels according to marketing plans. Content may be posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Google+, Reddit, etc…..Actively manage communities for several key brandsAnswer customer questionsEngaging with consumer provided contentSeek out influencers and actively engaged consumers to inspire and motivate them to share information and talk about the brandParticipate in real-time community conversations on behalf brandsAssist the strategy team in conducting research and analytics for key brandsProvide insights gained from community interaction to internal Client Service teamProactively identify opportunities in user-generated contentBe the gatekeeper for all content – ensuring all content is proofread, approved and applicable before posting.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that campaigns are tracking appropriately.Be the agency “go-to” for all social media platform news, as to help inform all teams of any platform changes or opportunities.Stay up to date with consumer trends within the creative and consumer industries Qualifications : You will need a positive, go get em attitude that is eager to be on the team.1-3 years of work experience in social media, communications or content marketingExperience with social media management systems such as Hootsuite and social media analytics toolsUnderstanding of the social media universe, including experience with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tumblr, Google+, Reddit, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcel at research, and be able to identify threats and opportunities in social media contentAbility to work individually on a project or in a team environmentProactive and organizedProduce creative work to achieve products that meet our clients marketing goalsPhotography, writing, and website development skills are a plus Nicklaus Marketing & PR is seeking a full-time, in-house Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in our Randolph, NJ office.
