Specific Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content creation: concept → shoot → edit → publish
- Create high-frequency, high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Create a mix of formats: styling, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, product focus, and trend-driven content
- Ensure all content reflects Robert Graham’s balance of bold expression and quieter confidence
- Trend & Platform Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform shifts
- Rapidly translate trends into brand-right content (not generic trend chasing)
- Continuously test, learn, and refine based on performance
- Liaise with Paid Media resource to ensure amplification and synchronization as needed
- On-the-Ground Content Capture: Capture content at events, store activations, shoots, and key brand moments
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and retail teams
- Partner with influencers/creators when needed to amplify reach
Our Best Fit Candidate
- 3–6 years’ experience in social media content creation (fashion/lifestyle strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and content algorithms
- Strong taste level—understands fashion, styling, and visual storytelling
- Self-starter who can operate without heavy structure
- Comfortable moving fast and producing consistently
Pay
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
