Social Media Coordinator

About the role

SENSIS is an integrated cross-cultural marketing agency founded in 1998. We specialize in leveraging digital technologies, multiculturalism, and social media to develop meaningful marketing programs that drive measurable conversions.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand voice across social media platforms, specifically Twitter.
• Aid the bilingual social media team with translating and transcreating social media content from English to French.
• Aid the bilingual social media team with the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy in English and French.
• Assist and direct the production team with developing graphics to accompany social media posts.
• Develop, write, and edit social media content in French.
• Deliver real-time insights through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through monthly/weekly reporting.
• Maintain a keen eye on all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and identify engagement opportunities.
• Support social media efforts across a variety of additional accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (must be a native French speaker).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
• 2+ years’ experience in either social media management or social community management.
• Background in journalism is a plus.
• Experience managing enterprise level social media accounts.
• Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools.
• High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools.
• High level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere).
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Pay

• The salary range for this role is $52,000-$55,000.
