Content Planning & Posting
- Own scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ensure assets are properly formatted, captioned, tagged, and optimized per platform best practices.
- Manage daily community engagement including responding to all owned comments and DMs with approved brand-aligned messaging.
- Handles customer service inquiries via social DMs in partnership with CX teams to resolve inquiries efficiently
- Engages with tagged content and relevant accounts to foster community and growth.
- Identify superfans, creators, and niche communities worth engaging.
- Pull relevant fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends across platforms weekly.
- Track and log mentions of PATRICK TA BEAUTY across Instagram / TikTok for paid boosting and general use.
- Translate trend research and performance insights into actionable content recommendations tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithm.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging creators for ongoing inspiration and insight.
- Capture BTS content during social shoots as needed.
- Aid in creative production logistics for social shoots including TikTok shop
- Keep shoot and gifting samples organized and returned on time.
- Support organization of creative decks and campaign recaps.
- Take notes during meetings and proactively follow up on action items.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Influencer, Creative, and E-Commerce teams.
- Remain adaptable and solution-oriented during launches, events, and high-volume moments.
About the Role
Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented social media coordinator who lives and breathes social. This role is all about being in the details, owning our day-to-day presence across platforms and helping bring the brand to life through consistent, thoughtful, and highly accurate execution.
Professional Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably within a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Experience managing brand social channels and executing against a content calendar.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Working knowledge of social analytics and ability to pull reports and identify key insights.
- Proficient knowledge in video editing within TikTok and CapCut.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The hiring range for this role is $72,000 - 78,000 USD
