Social Media Coordinator

Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support its staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service teams. This full-time, 100% remote role is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a social content calendar across the company's approved platforms.
• Draft, schedule, publish, or coordinate posts, graphics, short-form video, and campaign content.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community activity; respond or route issues according to policy across recruiting, client, and business services.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and other social performance measures.
• Coordinate creative assets, approvals, links, hashtags, and campaign timing with marketing partners while supporting recruiting, client, and business services.
• Review performance trends and recommend content, timing, or audience adjustments based on results.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, community management, and publishing practices.
• Comfort using social scheduling, analytics, design, and reporting tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and platform context.
• Ability to interpret engagement and conversion metrics and turn them into practical actions.
• Good judgment when responding to public comments or escalating sensitive issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$69,500 - $77,500 per year
