Social Media Coordinator

Dreams Travel CR has an opening for a Social Media Coordinator supporting vacation and international travel planning, reservations, cruises, all-inclusive travel, itinerary support, and customer service.

About the role

You will plan, publish, monitor, and measure social media content and community activity while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a social content calendar across the company's approved platforms.
• Draft, schedule, publish, or coordinate posts, graphics, short-form video, and campaign content.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community activity and respond or route issues according to policy across vacation booking and traveler support.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and other social performance measures.
• Coordinate creative assets, approvals, links, hashtags, and campaign timing with marketing partners while supporting vacation booking and traveler support.
• Review performance trends and recommend content, timing, or audience adjustments based on results.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, community management, and publishing practices.
• Comfort using social scheduling, analytics, design, and reporting tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and platform context.
• Ability to interpret engagement and conversion metrics and turn them into practical actions.
• Good judgment when responding to public comments or escalating sensitive issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$68,500 - $76,500 per year
