The role

We're seeking a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to oversee Flexport's daily social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. This role involves:

• Managing owned social channels
• Writing and editing blog content
• Producing newsletters
• Designing social graphics and marketing assets
• Creating short-form video content
• Building and managing an influencer network

You should have 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a closely related field. You must be a strong writer who can turn complex supply chain topics into engaging content. Hands-on experience managing multiple social channels and a basic understanding of social media best practices are essential. Basic design and video editing skills are also required.

Bonus qualifications include experience in creator or influencer programs, B2B, logistics, or tech. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $80,000—$104,000 USD.
