Social Media Content Creator – Real Estate

About the role

This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about real estate and social media. You will be responsible for producing engaging content that showcases property listings and elevates the brand’s presence, particularly on Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality property listing videos and photos for social media platforms, especially Instagram
• Collaborate with real estate agents to create engaging, trend-driven content
• Identify and implement current social media trends relevant to real estate
• Produce a consistent stream of polished, on-brand content that highlights listings and company values
• Balance trendiness with a premium, professional real estate image
• Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and optimized for maximum engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience creating social media content for real estate or similar industries
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and post-production (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Deep understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms
• Ability to spot and leverage emerging trends in social media content
• Comfortable filming on location and working directly with agents and clients
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities
• Excellent time management and ability to deliver content quickly
• Professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of content creation
