Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We're seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our in-house creative team. This role involves creating innovative and strategically driven content for both organic and paid social media channels, focusing on food-related content.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create social-first content strategies
• Write copy for social media assets
• Assist in the production of content, including shooting in-store and making video edits
• Develop breakthrough content and communicate our brand message in a fresh, forward-thinking way across all social media channels
• Stay current with trends across social media platforms
• Execute specific requests based on briefs from partners
• Collaborate with various teams to meet project objectives, schedules, and deadlines
• Take initiative to understand business needs and devise strong branded assets
• Adapt creative accordingly and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media, Communications, or a similar field
• Proven talent: Online portfolio and/or links to social media accounts showcasing relevant content
• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Passion for and mastery of social media platforms, including understanding the algorithm and hashtag strategy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Skills in photography and video on iPhone, and video editing
• Sincere interest in content creation and food
• Intelligent thinking, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Local travel required
• Must work at least 3 days per week in our Quincy, MA office or Weymouth, MA studio

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $86,320-$129,480 and will be commensurate with background, experience, and internal equity. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development and career growth are provided.

Hybrid work environment with three days a week at our Quincy Corporate office and the remaining days working remotely
