Position Overview
Baina is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate the Biena brand through engaging social media content. This role involves content creation, strategy, and community engagement.
Role Responsibilities
Concept, shoot, and edit TikTok and Instagram Reels, managing the entire production process.
Ideate and implement innovative, platform-specific social content to rapidly grow followers and enhance brand positioning.
Create and maintain visual assets, including captions and graphics, to support marketing efforts.
Translate performance data into strategic insights to optimize content and brand impact.
Stay ahead of social media trends and cultural moments to effectively integrate the Biena brand into conversations.
Engage with audiences on social platforms, fostering authentic connections and community growth.
Who You Are
Proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably at a consumer brand.
Strong portfolio of TikTok and Instagram Reel content, showcasing your ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
Expertise in platform-specific trends and storytelling techniques.
Motivated and collaborative personality, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for social media, cultural trends, and audience behavior.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.
Comfortable filming in various settings and a genuine interest in healthy eating and food trends.
