About the role

The Customer Support Specialist at StartPlaying is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our growing community of Game Masters (GMs) and players. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Resolve technical issues related to the StartPlaying platform, ensuring smooth gameplay experiences.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and reviews, acting on constructive criticism to improve the platform.
  • Train and support new GMs, helping them get up and running with the platform.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to gather user feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management systems (CRM).
