Qualifications
Experience with predictive, generative, and agentic AI is required. Strong understanding of digital, conversation, and transaction data is necessary. Knowledge of governance platforms and enterprise AI is essential. Proficiency in integrating data from CRM, CCaaS, and marketing apps is crucial. Experience with AI call data activation and optimization is preferred. HIPAA compliance knowledge is beneficial. Experience with maximizing revenue growth through AI is highly valued. Expertise in augmenting agent and consumer interactions is desirable. Ability to improve agent performance with AI-powered tools is important. Experience with data and AI-powered solutions to grow policies and revenue is advantageous. Proven track record of driving conversions and revenue growth is critical.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
