Responsibilities

  • Create Original Social-First Content
    • Film and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
    • Ideate and execute content ranging from trends and POVs to tutorials, behind-the-scenes, vlogs, lifestyle clips, product demos, and storytelling content.
    • Bring a fresh, authentic voice that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
  • Stay on Top of Trends
    • Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, sounds, hashtags, and creative patterns.
    • Rapidly adapt trend concepts into brand-appropriate content.
    • Identify viral opportunities before they peak.
  • Work From Creative Briefs & Add Your Own Voice
    • Interpret scripts, angles, storyboards, or creative guidelines.
    • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice, target audience, and performance goals.
    • Pitch new ideas, hooks, and series concepts that strengthen each brand’s content strategy.
  • Sell & Edit With Excellence
    • Capture well-lit, clean, aesthetic footage using your phone or camera.
    • Edit videos with platform-native pacing in CapCut, TikTok editor, or equivalent apps.
    • Ensure deliveries meet each platform’s technical specs.
  • Collaborate With Creative & Strategy Teams
    • Work closely with creative strategists, producers, and editors to refine concepts.
    • Participate in brainstorms to develop new content series and campaigns.
    • Implement feedback quickly while maintaining your unique creative style.

Requirements

  • A Natural Storyteller
    • You know how to hook viewers in the first three seconds.
    • You can turn simple moments into compelling narratives.
  • Experienced in Short-Form Content
    • 1–4 years creating content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts—professionally or independently.
    • You understand pacing, trends, and how algorithms reward creative content.
  • Creative & Trend-Aware
    • You live on social media.
    • You instinctively know what’s going viral and why.
  • Self-Sufficient & Organized
    • You can manage your own shoots, edits, and deadlines.
    • You handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in video production, preferably in short-form social media content.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Video editing software proficiency (CapCut, TikTok editor).
  • Strong storytelling ability.
  • Trend analysis and identification.
  • Time management and organization.
