See it in the morning, post it by afternoon.
Community engagement
Content for product launches, licensed moments, theatricals, and seasonal gifting pushes.
Monthly content scoreboard
- views
- engagement
- follower growth
- what's driving engagement, growth and ultimately sales.
WHO YOU ARE
- 0–2 years of experience — interns or recent grads welcome, portfolios beat resumes
- Someone who loves being on screen — comfortable, funny, and watchable on camera
- Actually funny — a good sense of humor is a job requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Fluent in what's trending right now, not last month
- CapCut or Premiere fluent; fast, self-directed, allergic to waiting for permission
- Here because you genuinely love making content — you'd be posting this weekend whether we hired you or not. Receipts required: your own accounts, class work, freelance clips, anything that proves you make people stop scrolling
COMP & BENEFITS
- $42,000–$50,000 + benefits (for full-time)
- Health benefits
- Product perks (yes, the floats and the mugs)
HOW TO APPLY
- No cover letter.
- Three things:
- A 60-second video. Grab any object within arm's reach and sell it to us, TikTok-style. You on camera. Hook us in 3 seconds.
- Your social media profile. Link your TikTok or Instagram — the real one, the one you actually post on. If you live in social media, show us where you live.
- A post you made. Link one post you created and are proud of, plus one sentence on why it worked.
Apply via the job ad.
