Root Causes Medicine | San Antonio or Austin, TX | Fractional, ~20 hrs/week | On-Site About Root Causes Root Causes Oncology is the integrative oncology program of Root Causes Medicine, a functional medicine clinic in San Antonio, TX. Conventional care asks how to eliminate the cancer. We also ask a more fundamental question: why is the body allowing it to take hold in the first place? Our practitioners work with patients to address those underlying causes, beginning with a weeklong immersive program. Patients travel for hours and across state lines for this care, and they love it — our NPS is above 80. We're now building our marketing foundation, and this role is a central part of it. The Opportunity This clinic produces remarkable stories every week, and almost none of them reach the outside world. Dr. Lucas Tims — one of fewer than 125 board-certified naturopathic oncologists in the country — records podcasts and teaching sessions regularly. Our members tell us they can't talk us up enough. Your job is to turn all of that into a consistent, growing presence — on our channels, and in the communities where patients already spend their time.
