About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Community Manager to support engagement across brand social channels. You’ll help monitor conversations, spot trends, support on-brand responses, and learn how community management shapes brand reputation, engagement, and insight. If you’re someone who notices what’s happening online, loves strong brand voice, and wants to learn how social teams turn conversation into impact, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor conversations on brand social channels
  • Spot trends and emerging conversation themes online
  • Support on-brand responses to community interactions
  • Turn community observations into content ideas or recommendations

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience or strong interest in social media community management

Qualifications

  • Experience identifying trends, cultural moments, or emerging conversation themes online
  • Experience turning community observations into content ideas or recommendations
  • Familiarity with social listening, community management, or reporting tools

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
