Social Media & Community Coordinator - Remote Work

We are seeking a Social Media & Community Coordinator to support both our social media operations and online community engagement efforts. Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms according to the content calendar.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support community management efforts by participating in discussions and fostering member connections.
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of social assets.
• Track social media and community performance metrics and prepare weekly summary reports.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to contribute ideas to the content and community strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities professionally.
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear and engaging written communication style adaptable to different brand voices and audiences.
