Taylor Morrison is seeking a Social Media Community Coordinator to work alongside our Social Media Manager, executing our brand voice and handling day-to-day communications across social channels.
Responsibilities
- Engage with followers on social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Monitor conversations and trends across social platforms and review sites; respond promptly and inform internal teams of questions, product suggestions, story ideas, and trending topics
- Perform active listening, engagement, and analysis on a daily basis
- Create a fun, creative, and engaging response library for comments and questions
- Insert the brand into relevant conversations
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social manner while cultivating leads and sales
- Report notable threats to appropriate management according to our crisis management policy
- Assist with video shoots, content creation, and curation to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with key partners on new content ideas and strategy from conception to execution
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in social media and community management
- Experience with social media management tools and reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent writing skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social/mobile platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Blogs)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to bring projects to fruition
- Some experience with shooting and editing social media content
- Ability to be and speak on camera is a plus
- Strong communication, creativity, customer focus, and attention to detail
- Drive for results, priority setting, and self-awareness
Essential Functions
- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
- Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Engage in face-to-face conversations with customers, co-workers, and managers
- Sit or stand for long periods and move around the work environment as needed
- Operate a motor vehicle if applicable
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Physical Demands
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
