About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Communications Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence, creating and executing strategies to engage our audience and amplify our mission. This role will involve producing content for various platforms, monitoring engagement, and building a cohesive brand identity. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation, and a passion for storytelling to effectively communicate our work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Create compelling content for multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and audience engagement
• Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with organizational goals

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to craft engaging narratives
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics
• Passion for mission-driven communications and digital engagement
• Knowledge of the Bulgarian market and audience is a plus
