Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of professional services, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform continuous improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in career development and professional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in career development and professional services management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing employee training programs.
• Knowledge of industry certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
