About the Role

Join a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in 21st-century healthcare. As a Social-First Content Producer, you will lead the creative development and production of high-quality photo and video content that supports RadNet's social media channels, marketing campaigns, recruiting efforts, community initiatives, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling
    • Lead the creative development and production of high-quality photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, recruiting, community initiatives, and brand awareness.
    • Develop content strategies by traveling to imaging centers, community events, and company locations to capture compelling stories aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Conceptualize, plan, direct, produce, and oversee engaging social-first content from concept through final production.
    • Conduct interviews with physicians, employees, leadership, patients, and community partners to develop authentic stories that support brand messaging.
    • Identify storytelling opportunities and develop creative concepts showcasing RadNet’s people and mission.
    • Determine the most effective visual approach by capturing planned and candid moments to enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Social-First Production
    • Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Exercise independent judgment in structuring, editing, captioning, and formatting content to maximize engagement.
    • Produce short-form videos, Reels, educational videos, employee spotlights, physician interviews, behind-the-scenes content, event coverage, recruitment content, and awareness campaign content.
  • Video Production & Photography
    • Direct all aspects of video and photography production using professional camera equipment, lighting, audio, and mobile tools.
    • Direct on-camera talent to deliver authentic, engaging, and professional content reflecting RadNet’s brand standards.
    • Create professional photography for social media, websites, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Post-Production
    • Lead post-production by editing photo and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and other approved software.
    • Apply creative judgment to color correction, audio enhancements, motion graphics, captioning, and music selection.
    • Determine appropriate formats, aspect ratios, and delivery methods for content across digital platforms.
    • Ensure all content reflects RadNet’s brand standards, creative vision, and quality expectations.
    • Prioritize and manage multiple creative projects to meet campaign timelines and event coverage needs.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Partner with marketing, communications, operations, recruiting, clinical teams, and leadership to develop creative strategies.
    • Lead and contribute creative direction during brainstorming sessions for content series, campaigns, and storytelling opportunities.
    • Provide creative leadership for content coverage of company meetings, community events, conferences, and special projects.
  • Social Media & Industry Knowledge
    • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, editing techniques, and emerging content formats.
    • Evaluate new creative opportunities to enhance content quality and audience engagement.
    • Analyze content performance in collaboration with the social media team and refine creative strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience producing video and photography content for social media, digital marketing, or related communications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, photography, videography, interviewing, editing, and social media content creation (portfolio required).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Experience operating professional camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and mobile content creation tools.
  • Experience creating content optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, short-form video best practices, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout California and other markets as assigned.
  • Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.

Pay

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
