Social Acceleration Manager, Americas

About the role

The Social Acceleration Manager, Americas, oversees the social operations infrastructure that enables global strategy to execute effectively at the market level. This role involves defining execution plans, resolving regional program blockers, establishing operating rhythms, and enabling cross-regional connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Owns the translation of global social priorities into market-level execution plans and playbooks, defining the frameworks regional teams work within.
• Serves as the first line of problem-solving for regional programs, identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Defines and owns global operating rhythms such as weekly check-ins, launch readiness standards, and cross-functional meeting cadences.
• Builds knowledge-sharing infrastructure across global and regional teams, capturing wins, documenting learnings, and making them accessible and actionable.
• Drives cross-market sessions with clear outcomes and accountable follow-through, not just facilitation.
• Owns the content distribution architecture, defining how global assets are organized, adapted, and deployed regionally to enable teams to move faster with less friction.
• Identifies content performance patterns across markets and translates them into clear recommendations that shape future creative direction.
• Owns the global social performance reporting infrastructure, building and maintaining dashboards, defining KPI frameworks, and translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Defines and continuously improves operational workflows that connect global and regional social teams.
• Owns the onboarding and training framework for regional social teams, building documentation and process standards to reduce ramp time and drive consistency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or cross-functional program management, with a focus on building or improving operational systems.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer and creator ecosystems, and paid and organic content strategy.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and markets without formal authority.
• Sharp analytical capability, comfortable with performance reporting and translating data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication skills across functions, time zones, and seniority levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing social media campaigns and content strategies.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
