Job Description

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. We are currently hiring part-time coaches for children aged 2-8 in the Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) and West Lafayette/Lafayette. The ideal candidate must be responsible, enthusiastic, professional, and able to engage with children aged 2-8.

Responsibilities

• Teach 30-minute Soccer Shots sessions
• Manage a group of up to 12 children
• Communicate with Soccer Shots director of coaching
• Be presentable and courteous with daycare staff and parents
• Ensure accurate attendance records
• Engage and interact with children on their level

Requirements

• Responsible
• Professional
• Enthusiastic
• Soccer experience helpful, but not required
• Experience working with children aged 2-8
• Own reliable transportation
• Have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet

Qualifications

• Must commit to at least the next 3-4 seasons (9-12 months)
• Looking for long-term employment (12 months) and growth opportunities

Compensation

• $34.00 - $50.00 per hour
