About the role

Soccer Assistant Coach for Girls (Junior Varsity) position available in Naples High School.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and implementing training sessions.
• Assist in game preparation and strategy discussions.
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and rules.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One reference letter (not applicable to current CCPS staff).
• Current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification is required.
• Basic Life Support Program (First Aid, CPR and AED).

Qualifications

• Completed online application with required uploaded documents.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with youth athletes.
• Knowledge of soccer techniques and strategies.
