About the role
As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you'll be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most renowned ski resorts in North America. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guests have a memorable experience through exceptional service and support.Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and fellow employees.
- Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with daily operations and event planning as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented field is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
