The Hermitage Club is a private, member-owned ski club located on Haystack Mountain in Southern Vermont. We provide a premier alpine experience defined by exceptional terrain, minimal lift lines, and a personalized, high-quality approach to skiing and riding. Our mission is to cultivate a lifelong passion for snowsports through excellence in instruction, coaching, and member experience. The Hermitage Club is seeking passionate and dedicated Ski/Snowboard Instructors to join its Snowsports Team.

Responsibilities

• Shares a passion for skiing and snowboarding with Members and Guests
• Delivers high-quality instruction to individuals and groups
• Fosters a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Encourages growth and enthusiasm for snowsports
• Supports member engagement and inspires a lifelong interest in skiing and snowboarding

Requirements

• Passionate about skiing and snowboarding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive training provided to support success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a ski/snowboard instruction role
• Valid first aid certification
• Current CPR/AED certification

Skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding techniques
• Ability to teach and inspire others

Hourly pay range: $18-60+/hour
