Snowsports Instructor

Main Duties

• Teach individuals varying levels of ski and snowboard skills and techniques.
• Create a safe and fun environment for guests to progress on the hill.
• Create lasting memories for guests through their skiing and riding experiences.
• Be a role model for skiing and riding both on and off the teaching space.
• Participate in feedback sessions and continuing education to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have valid certifications from reputable ski and snowboard schools.
• Experience teaching ski and snowboard skills at various skill levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the sport and ability to inspire others.

Pay

Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 annually.
