Qualifications

• Previous office or customer service experience required
• Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous knowledge of the RTP POS and flaik software preferred but not required
• Ability to learn new programs quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively with constant interruptions
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and organization under stressful conditions
• Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, management, and ski school instructors consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standards

Physical Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must be able to work indoors in a noisy office environment and outdoors in a winter environment
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a clear and professional manner
• Must be able to sit and operate keyboard for long periods of time, as well as additional office machinery such as phones, copier, and printer
