About the role

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with deep expertise in Snowflake architecture to lead and drive advanced data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions to meet business requirements.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of Snowflake architecture to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Snowflake with other data tools and systems.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of Snowflake best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Drive innovation in data architecture by exploring new Snowflake features and capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on Snowflake data modeling, query optimization, and resource management.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security standards are maintained within Snowflake environments.
• Lead and mentor technical teams in Snowflake architecture and development.
• Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices for Snowflake deployments.
• Oversee complex Snowflake projects from inception through delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain optimal Snowflake system performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to drive data strategy and roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing on Snowflake technologies.
• Manage risk, identify potential issues early, and implement mitigation strategies related to Snowflake implementations.
