Architect

We are seeking a licensed Architect specializing in churches and Christian schools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction management across multiple project types.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the faith-based sector, including churches and Christian schools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations applicable in various jurisdictions.
• Excellent project scheduling skills using industry-standard tools; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation with clients and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
• Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial viability of projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
