Snow Zone Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trucks, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Cook out labor crews and service partner during snow events (Zone Manager).
• Document complete work using mobile applications and maintain accurate records.
• Perform quality control inspections before, during, and after snow events.
• Prepare equipment, supplies, and properties before storms and restore sites afterward.
• Maintain communication with Territory Managers and assist with operational planning.
• Follow all company safety procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills And Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call snow events.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Snow removal, management experience, or related field experience preferred.
• Operations leadership experience preferred for Zone Manager positions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in snow operations, field operations, or related environment.
• Experience managing crews or leading teams in a field setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with snow routing, logistics, or zone management; Experience with SiteFotos, time tracking systems, or similar tools; Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and extended hours during storms.

Additional Information

• This is a seasonal position requiring open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.
