Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to snow removal.
• Operate ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels, and salt spreaders.
• Work with Sidewalk‑Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have a smartphone to download and use the attendance tracker app.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Be able to work on an on‑call basis with 1‑3 hours’ advanced notice and commit to reporting when contacted.
• Be authorized to lawfully work in the USA.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $25 – $30 per hour, based upon previous relevant work experience and any certifications/licenses you hold.

Schedule

• Shifts are on‑call and range from 6 to 12 hours, often overnight depending on the storm event.
• May require longer hours for larger storms.
• The season starts on the first snow fall.
