Snow Removal Workers

REQUIREMENTS ? Valid work authorization documentation is required. ? Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 pounds. ? Must be available to respond within 6 hours of a snow event. ? Must be able to work prolonged hours outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions. ? Must perform heavy physical labor, including walking, shoveling, bending, kneeling, and lifting. ? Reliable transportation to headquarters and a cell phone required. ? Must have a valid email address. ? Must be dependable, follow directions, and work effectively independently or as part of a crew. ? Proper winter clothing, including boots, gloves, and a hat, is required. Hours will vary DUTIES ? Shovel and remove snow using shovels and snow blowers. ? Spread salt and perform de-icing. ? Operate snow removal equipment safely. ? Maintain clean, safe work areas and protect property and landscaping. ? Properly care for company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles. ? Clock in/out using ADP.
