Seasonal snow-removal position in the Washington County, UT area (10/15/2026 – 04/15/2027). 20 openings available.

About the role

Remove snow using a snow shovel and apply salt/ice melt with a walk-behind spreader. Lift up to 50 lbs. On-the-job training provided; no prior experience or education required.

Pay

• Base rate: $15.90/hr
• Overtime rate: $23.85/hr
• Pay will not fall below the minimum wage rate required by law
• Wages computed on a single workweek basis and paid bi-weekly
• Piece-rate pay structure

Schedule

• Core hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be available

• Transportation provided to and from jobsites via a central Washington County pickup location (within the 50-mile MSA)
• Assistance finding and securing lodging at no additional charge, if needed
• All required tools, supplies, and equipment furnished by employer at no cost or deposit
• Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each week of the employment period
• If worker completes 50 % of the contract period, employer pays for inbound transportation and subsistence from the recruitment location
• Upon contract completion or earlier dismissal, employer covers reasonable return-transportation and subsistence costs (except when worker secures subsequent employment)
• Daily subsistence reimbursement: $16.78 per day (up to $68 per day with receipts)
• H-2B workers reimbursed for visa and related fees in the first workweek

• Must be able, willing, and qualified to perform the work
• Must be available at the time and place needed
