About the role
RBM Services, INC is seeking Snow Removal Laborers to assist with clearing snow and applying salt/ice melt in the Summit County area.
Responsibilities
- Remove snow using a snow shovel
- Apply salt/ice melt using a walk behind spreader
- Lift up to 50 lbs.

Transportation provided to and from area jobsites from a central Summit County area pick up location within the 50 mile MSA.
Assistance finding and securing lodging is available, if needed, at no additional charge to the worker.
The employer will provide, without charge or deposit, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job duties.
Pay
- $17.08/hr.
- $25.62/ O.T.
Schedule
8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime and weekend work may be available.
Benefits
Bi-weekly pay. Pay per piece rate. Subsistence provided at a rate of $16.78 per day with a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek.
Pay Period
Single workweek for computing wages due. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts.
Job Availability
Seasonal work from October 1, 2026 - April 15, 2027. 60 positions available.
