Snow Architect with Custom Apps

Responsibilities

• Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.
• Design end to end solutions to customer requirements.
• Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications.
• Knowledge of Custom apps/App Engine.
• Provide support of custom applications development and migration.
• Implement ServiceNow in Domain separated instance.
• Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.
• Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules.
• Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.

Must Have Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.
• 3+ years’ experience with Java Script required.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
• At least 2 years in assessment, building & designing custom applications on ServiceNow.
• In depth knowledge of Custom Workspace is a must.
• CSA is a must.
• Active CSA + 2 Mainline certifications required.
• Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.

At Least 2 of the Below Required

• CIS – ITSM certification
• CIS – CSM certification
• Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow).
• CIS – Risk and Compliance certification.
• Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviews
• Expert in working on Performance Analytics
• Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.
• Knowledge of integration Hub required.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices

Good to Have

• Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development
• Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
• Experience with HTML coding
• Knowledge of Jelly script strongly preferred.
• Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.
• Able to lead and be self-starter and innovator.
