Summary Job Description Summary: As a Snack Bar Attendant, you are responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient food service to guests while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role supports a positive guest experience by preparing and serving menu items, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the Snack Bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked always. Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, pricing, and service standards Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest requests Ensure all menu items are properly garnished and presented before serving Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while following cash-handling procedures Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset workstations, dining areas, and service areas throughout the shift Assist fellow Snack Bar Attendants as needed to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience Maintain a professional, friendly, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests and team members Monitor inventory levels; restock supplies, food products, condiments, and beverages as needed Maintain stocked ice bins and ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and adequately supplied Adhere to all company policies, health department regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures Provide outstanding customer service to guests and support fellow team members in achieving operational goals Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous cash handling experience preferredPrior experience in a same or similar role preferredPrevious experience working in a team or group environmentAbility to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal Requirements At least 16 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United States Work Cards None Physical Requirements Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsRegularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity Work Environment Potential Conditions IndoorOutdoorSmokyNoisyExtreme hot & cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes and/or gases Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
