Reading Country Club, located in Reading, PA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Snack Bar Attendant. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with club policies and state regulations.
• Operate the mobile beverage cart, ensuring prompt and friendly service to golfers on the course.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar and beverage cart, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting shortages to management.
• Assist with special events and club functions as needed.
• Adhere to all club policies, including responsible alcohol service and dress code requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in outdoor conditions when operating the beverage cart.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for mobile cart operation).
• Must obtain and maintain any required alcohol service certifications per state law.
