About the role
The SMT Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to specified procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards using precision tools and equipment.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality control standards.
- Ensure all work meets safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Basic understanding of electronics and soldering techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Proficiency in using SMT equipment.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and quality assurance practices.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
