SMT Operator

About the role

The SMT Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components onto printed circuit boards according to specified procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards using precision tools and equipment.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality control standards.
• Ensure all work meets safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Basic understanding of electronics and soldering techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Skills

• Proficiency in using SMT equipment.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and quality assurance practices.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
