SMT Operator - 2nd shift

About the role

Setup and operate SMT machines and inspect product it produces to IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 Class 3. Following all process documentation and have the ability to diagnose defects or problems when they are presented.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and aligns solder paste stencils, applies solder paste to achieve an even and consistent screen print on all apertures.
• Replenishes and controls SMT components in a pick and place machine, verifies component positioning, values and polarity.
• Fills in process documentation to be complete and accurate
