About the Role
As a SME Radio Frequency Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will contribute to global missions by building and delivering intelligence, analytics, and cyber solutions. This role involves hands-on RF assembly, testing, and validation of RF systems, supporting senior engineers, and maintaining technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform RF assembly of components, subassemblies, and test fixtures using coax and waveguide connections, and precision mechanical integration.
- Assist in the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
- Conduct measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
- Support senior engineers in the design and prototyping of RF systems.
- Prepare documentation, including test results, assembly procedures, and calibration data.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of RF performance issues.
- Maintain lab organization, safety, and equipment calibration records.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Three (3) years of experience as an RF Assembler in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration/Networking, Electronics, or a related discipline from an accredited college (or three additional years of RF Assembler experience in lieu of a degree).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with RF signal processing applications.
- Experience conducting measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
- Experience with the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
Schedule
No telework approved at this time. Position is based in Annapolis Junction, MD.
This position is contingent upon program award.
Pay
Pay range: $70,500 - $83,000, based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible/qualified candidates.
