SME III – Population Survey Methodologist (Option Line Item)

Culmen International is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME III) - Population Survey Methodologist to provide technical leadership and methodological expertise supporting large-scale Department of Defense survey programs, including the Health-Related Behaviors Survey and other enterprise-wide research initiatives.

About the role

In this role, you will advise on survey methodology, sampling strategies, questionnaire design, implementation planning, statistical approaches, and interpretation of survey findings. You will support all phases of survey execution, from design through dissemination of results.
