The SME- Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist will support a federal government client. The availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Security Clearance
Security clearance required: TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
Requirements
- Assists in the development and planning of training and exercises to drive Intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
- Evaluates intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
- Develops metrics, present findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement.
- Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in the data collected.
- Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated.
- Assists the Government in improving the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhancing the integrity of the product evaluation process.
- Captures and analyzes lessons learned from exercises to identify gaps in tradecraft and training for USSPACECOM Intelligence Enterprise.
- Executes the curricula and lesson plans to train space operational intelligence professionals and others as required.
- Prepares documents, briefings, and other correspondence to support assigned duties and highlight successes and shortfalls to J2 senior leadership.
Qualifications
Desired experience: 20 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.
Skills
Desired education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
