Responsibilities
- Providing technical expertise on various aspects of and issues related to IT &DS capabilities, including but not limited to enterprise architecture, infrastructure, data management, business operations, and artificial intelligence.
- Provide oversight and advisory support to development efforts as required by the Sponsor.
- Provide technical expertise in developing options and recommendations on technical solutions, including feasibility, viability, costs, etc. for the Sponsor's consideration.
- Aid in the Sponsor's determination of the appropriate software development methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, multi-domain, etc.) and SecDevOps approach for all projects.
- Aid in the establishment and collection of metrics (e.g., delivered value over time) across all projects.
- Ensure projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advise them on how to comply.
- Assist with scheduling, organizing logistical support, and hosting project-related meetings, including in-person and remote/virtual vehicles based on technical viability.
- Validate IT &DS capabilities meet mission needs through requirements analysis and testing.
- Work diligently and with minimal guidance with Sponsor projects' stakeholders to gather, analyze, assess, and communicate necessary technical information relevant to project success.
- Solicit and incorporate direction and clarifying guidance from the Sponsor and implement necessary changes to content, process, or approach.
Requirements
- Required Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.
Qualifications
- Validated TS/SCI clearance is required.
Skills
- Technical expertise in IT &DS capabilities.
- Experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, multi-domain).
- Experience in SecDevOps approach.
- Ability to gather, analyze, assess, and communicate technical information.
- Experience in requirements analysis and testing.

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
