SMB Segment Lead – Europe-Meta eCommerce

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment within the Meta eCommerce division in Europe. Reporting to the Director of Meta eCommerce, this role will focus on driving growth, managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the SMB segment within Meta eCommerce
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Manage client projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing SMB segments
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms

Pay

The base salary range for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
