Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, develop, and generate new business through a variety of lead gen activities including cold calling, prospecting, networking, social media campaigns, current connections and referrals etc.
- Manage a pipeline of business in our CRM and consistently meet or exceed close ratios and other sales performance quotas.
- Respond immediately to inbound sales leads and meet with prospective customers.
- Meet with potential customers and sell BNC services to business owners and decision makers by effectively explaining BNC's unique service offering.
- Develop technical proposals based on discussions with potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with new customers to ensure their successful transition into the BNC fold, to develop additional work opportunities, and to generate new referrals.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree
- 4-6 years selling custom solutions, professional services, or consulting services in the SMB space
- Must be based in the Denver Metro Area
- Hunter mentality with consultative selling approach.
- Personal network in Denver would be a plus
- Conversational knowledge of a broad range of technologies used in the SMB space
- Experience writing and delivering proposals to C-level executives
- Experience with SalesForce.com or other sales platform CRM
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay
Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
On-TARGET EARNINGS (OTE): $130,000 – $150,000+
