About the role

Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a SMB Sales Executive! The SMB Sales Executives’ primary responsibility is to sell / upgrade Fintech’s subscription-based services (Premium and Premium Plus) to retailers in the SMB space. The services assist retailers with payments & data of their beverage alcohol & non-alcohol purchases and provides visibility into their analytics. Our solution helps retailers conform to state regulations for purchasing beverage alcohol and maximizes profitability for their beverage alcohol and non-alcohol program.

Essential Functions

  • Possess a minimum of two years of inside or outside B2B sales experience.
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively and achieve sales goals.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand business challenges and present Fintech’s value propositions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners to generate referrals.
  • Close deals and prepare and process sales service agreements.
  • Participate in weekly team sales cadences and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Persuasive closing abilities.

  • Professional interaction and communication with internal and external teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software applications (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Phone training and/or online presentation experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
